Charcoal Grilled Eel

After dropping off our luggage at the hotel, we went to the restaurant to get a table. We waited for about 45 minutes before we could be seated. While sipping hot soup, we waited for the staff to grill the eel for us. The staff cut the grilled eel into pieces and placed them by the stove, to be eaten wrapped in vegetables along with other ingredients. The eel's skin was chewy, and the meat was quite tender, but not very fatty.
