It took 30 stops from the airport to this hotel, and it took almost two hours to get there. As soon as I arrived at the door, I was warmly welcomed by the local Korean staff. They took the initiative to help with the luggage and chatted with me while taking the elevator. It was very pleasant. Check-in is in the lobby on the 79th floor. The waiting queue is relatively long, but there are only a few people in front. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the city skyline while waiting. This time I stayed on the 97th floor. The elevator was very noisy, so there were multiple glass doors separating the elevator lobby and various parts. The staff briefly introduced the room and then provided welcome tea. There were cute panda chocolate muffins and ginger tea. Although the rooms are not big, they are quite beautiful. The walls are knitted with flowers and trees. The walk-in closet and restroom are both convenient. The view from the room is okay, but the view to the south will see factories and chimneys in the distance. At night, fog tends to appear near the windows, so the staff specifically reminds you not to place valuables and bags near the windows to avoid getting wet from the water. Turndown service is all provided, slippers and ice are neatly placed. Like other high-rise hotels, you have to go to the elevator twice. There are no seats inside, so it is time-consuming to go up and down. But the advantage is that there is a large Lotte shopping mall and department store below, so you don’t need to bring an umbrella. It is worth mentioning that the air duct of the air conditioner is a bit noisy and occasionally makes a buzzing sound.
