- Hogang Address: 3rd floor, 18 Wangsimni-ro 24-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul I recently visited Hogang, a famous restaurant in Sangwangsimni that I found out about. It was neat and pretty because it was a newly opened store. Among the menus I tried, the hot spicy hangover pasta suited my taste well and I thought it was good as a drinking snack.
