There’s also a country of origin sign posted on the kiosk. I added avocado raw salmon salad, salad buckwheat noodles, and onion flakes. I was worried about what to put in the dressing, but I went with the staff’s recommendation. The restaurant is not very big, with only 4 tables for 2 people and 2 window seats, but it was comfortable to eat alone. The atmosphere was okay, but it got more and more uncomfortable as there was a wait. I’m shy. While waiting for the salad I ordered, I took a picture of the menu on the flyer on the table. There was a bit of a wait time because there were a lot of deliveries and takeouts. Water was self-service. I was curious about the combination of salad and noodles, so I ordered buckwheat and onion flakes. I had to pay 1,000 won more. The amount of salad was not small, but the amount of noodles was quite large, so it helped me feel full. The staff-recommended dressing was spicy yuzu lemon mayo, and it was written on the flyer that it went well with it. When you don't know, the recommended combination is the best. It's a great restaurant. The amount of salmon was okay, and there were various toppings. I also tried takeout, and I ordered the smoked duck salad. If you choose only the salad, the amount of salad is a little larger and costs 1,000 won more. I added avocado separately, and it was 2,500 won. I chose the staff-recommended dressing this time too, but it was oriental. If you choose the staff-recommended dressing, it seems that they give you the same thing as the flyer recommendation.
