Seongsan Ilchulbong – A Different Beauty in Summer (July 20, 2024)

This was my second visit to Seongsan Ilchulbong with my family, but this time, in a completely different season. My previous trip was during Jeju’s winter, while this visit took place in the peak of summer. July in Jeju brings warm weather with occasional rain, but it also reveals a stunningly different kind of beauty. The entire landscape is covered in lush green, creating breathtaking views that sometimes feel like a painting. In my opinion, it is even more beautiful than in winter! For those planning to visit Jeju in July, I highly recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a raincoat or umbrella, just in case. Despite the heat and occasional rain, the vibrant scenery makes it all worth it!
