You can plug the GPS to the correct location. When I arrived at the temple, I was a bit confused because the temple itself is quite blended with the roadside. There is a parking lot inside. There is a museum (free admission) in the parking lot. And the bathroom is in that area (the temple is also next to the canal). As for the chedi inside, it is not very big. It is gold. You can go in to worship and ask for blessings. Further on, there is the church and monks' huts. You can walk around and see it at your leisure.
