Sapporo 🇯🇵 Michelin ramen is all miso

I ate three bowls of Michelin ramen this time, all of which were miso ramen. I changed to a non-miso ramen at a 100-name restaurant on Tabelog (3.72). It looked like a soy sauce soup base with homemade chili oil, but the first bite was like the aroma of seafood that hit my taste buds. The second bite was different.
