Traveling to Sapporo? This amazing one-day route is a must-see! From parks to campuses, romantic night views, and unique cuisine, you can experience the charm of Sapporo in one day. Odori Park: A relaxing start The journey begins at Odori Park, a small but relaxing park. Under the blue sky and white clouds, colorful flowers and lively fountains complement each other. The park is very convenient to get to, right next to Odori Station. You can take the subway to the next stop and take a stroll to experience the leisurely atmosphere of Sapporo. Explore Shiroi Koibito Park Take the Tozai Line from Odori Station and get off at Miyanosawa Station. After exiting the station, follow the clear signs to Shiroi Koibito Park. The park is free to enter, and once you step in, you feel like you are in a romantic European town. If you happen to be there during Halloween, the festive atmosphere is strong. If you want to learn more about the secrets of Shiroi Koibito chocolate, you can visit the paid area inside. After the tour, don't forget to visit the store, where you can find many limited edition souvenirs, making it a great place to buy gifts for family and friends. Stroll through Hokkaido University Leave Shiroi Koibito Park and take the subway to Kita 8-jo Station. Walk for 5 minutes to reach the open Hokkaido University. In the evening, the sunset casts a golden glow on the campus, giving the ancient buildings a golden edge. Walking through the campus, you can feel the strong academic atmosphere and youthful energy, as if you are back in your student days. Sapporo Tower and city night view At night, I originally planned to go to Mount Moiwa for the night view, but considering the distance, I chose Sapporo Tower next to Odori Park. However, to be honest, the tower costs 1,000 yen to climb, and the height and view are quite ordinary, so I don't recommend it. I strongly recommend the T38 Observation Deck at JR Tower. Many visitors have said that the night view there is on a completely different level from Sapporo Tower. After my visit, I was truly amazed by the stunning night view, with the city's dazzling lights in full view. Susukino for food Walk from Sapporo Tower to Susukino, a paradise for food lovers. Head straight to the famous soup curry restaurant, Soup Curry King, where the rich and delicious soup with a variety of ingredients is very satisfying. Also, don't miss the Nikka billboard, one of Susukino's iconic sights.
