Sintra - The Colorful Castle of Children's Dreams, Peña Palace.

Where can you find a colorful castle? The castles in children's hearts are always beautiful! As parents, bringing our kids here is an achievement for us too! Sintra is located about a half-hour drive west of Lisbon. It's not hard to get to the city, but reaching Peña Palace is a challenge, especially during the peak holiday season in summer. First, you can drive to Sintra's train station and park your car. From there, you can take a bus or a tuk-tuk to the castle. Once you arrive, you'll need an entrance ticket to get in. Remember to buy a bus ticket when you purchase your entrance ticket! After that, you'll need to queue up at your designated time slot to enter. I think this castle is one of the most challenging attractions we've visited, but it's absolutely worth it!
