[The Angry Penne] An elegant Italian restaurant, 7 minutes walk from the Crowne Plaza. The staff are very friendly and will talk to you slowly even if you don't speak English well😂 The location is a little hard to find, but the restaurant is on the second floor up the stairs. WiFi is also available. This time I ordered mushroom pasta and Margherita. You can order half-size salads and half-and-half pizzas with other flavors. You can take home what you can't finish🙆🏻♀️ The pasta is topped with truffles and is a luxurious dish. If you're staying in Garapan, it's close by, so be sure to stop by♪ Pasta was $20 and pizza was $16.
