Saipan | Best affordable ocean view hotel

We stayed at the Saipan Skyline Designers Hotel in Saipan. This hotel is located on a hilltop, so you can enjoy a beautiful ocean view and sunset. It's a small hotel, but the staff were very kind and it was a comfortable stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There was art on display and the colors were stylish. If it's clear at night, you can see a starry sky. The hotel's mascot dog and cat live a slow life, typical of Saipan, and will come and play with you if they feel like it lol. Breakfast is included for an additional fee. It was delicious, with a wide selection of spam meat, egg dishes, fruit, and yogurt. They will pick you up nearby.
