D-day landing sites

Those who remembered the events of world war 2 will remember Omaha beach. Normandy was the landing site of which 5 beaches were taken back from the Germans through the Allied’s courage and sacrifice. Omaha beach was the toughest, the bloodiest. The sacrifices made here in June 1944 liberated Europe.
