Stunning church in Rouen

#westerneurope #europe #normandy #rouen I stopped by the Church of Saint-Maclou in Rouen, and it totally surprised me. Its Gothic architecture is amazing—super detailed and dramatic. While I was inside, they were playing the organ, and it was honestly beautiful. The sound just filled the whole space and made everything feel kind of magical. I hadn’t planned to stay long, but I ended up sitting there for a while, just listening. It was one of those unexpected moments that made the trip feel extra special. The mix of the music and the old stone walls was something I won’t forget anytime soon. The place is beautiful and worth a visit while in Rouen. Tip: admission is free but it is open only Saturday, Sunday, Monday - so plan accordingly!
