🇱🇻[Latvia] Riga Town Hall Square (^^) RIGA Monument! The Town Hall Square (Rātslaukums) in Riga, Latvia, has long been the economic and administrative center of the city. Much of the medieval square was destroyed during World War II, but has been rebuilt. Buildings that stand on the square include the House of the Blackheads, the Tourist Information Center, the Latvian Occupation Museum, and of course, Riga's City Hall with its Baroque clock tower.
