Jebel Jais, Ras Al Khaimah

After our thrilling desert safari in Dubai, we set off for Ras Al Khaimah, driving about an hour from RAK city centre to Jebel Jais, the highest mountain in the UAE. At 1911 meters, the view from the top was absolutely breathtaking. A unique feature of Jebel Jais is the D.Rakbank ATM machine, which claims to be the highest ATM in the UAE—definitely a fun photo opportunity! Along the way, we passed by a lot of campers, enjoying the fresh air and stunning scenery. There are public toilets available along the route, making it a comfortable drive up to the peak.
