Old school allure

Le Diwan Rabat is a boutique hotel under the MGallery brand. As such, it's a sophisticated and comfortable property that you'd expect from that brand. The hotel is located a short 10 min walk from the main train station and another 15 mins away from Hassan Tower, so its location is quite good. The rooms were extremely spacious, especially when it was the suite. It really felt like a home away from home. It just felt quite comfortable and the presence of a separate dining area and living area (with another toilet) was a very nice added touch. There was a balcony in the room with lovely views of the city, especially at sunset. In room dining was also quite delicious and there was an assortment of Moroccan and international choices, all cooked perfectly. The hotel is however a bit dated but I find this adds to its overall charm and allure. You feel somewhat transported back to a bygone era. Further the balcony was a great added touch, but it did face a busy intersection and it could get noisy. Despite this, a lovely stay and highly recommend if you looking for a sort of boutique luxe.
