Qiqihar Two-Day One-Night Travel Guide (Part One)

Today's trip to Qiqihar came to a perfect end. I'm recording this happy journey of the past two days, also to provide a reference for those in need (The trip to Zhalong went super smoothly, I will write more about Zhalong in detail). I feel that Qiqihar is very suitable for short weekend trips. After two days of fun, I highly recommend it. The total cost of the trip was 1880.8 yuan. Here's the detailed itinerary and tips: May 2nd High-speed train from Harbin North Station to Qiqihar Station 96*3=288 Got out of the station around 10:50, took some photos at Qiqihar Station, then walked to Shierzhong Hand-Pulled Noodles (about 10 minutes). The Shierzhong Hand-Pulled Noodles restaurant is very large, with many tables, and no need to wait for a seat at eleven o'clock. The front desk was crowded with people ordering. The three of us ordered three servings of noodles + dried tofu strips + a small dish of pickled long beans. The beef was tender and fragrant, the noodles were chewy, and the beef flavor in the soup was very rich. The dried tofu strips were so thick that we thought it was a bowl of noodles at first. Eating it with the green onions inside was quite special. Both the noodles and dishes were slightly salty (my family and I prefer lighter tastes) and oily. Total 70 yuan. After eating, we took a taxi to Dacheng Temple (9.5 yuan). There were quite a few people at Dacheng Temple, and the scenery was beautiful. Many flowers were about to bloom, but the scent of lilacs was everywhere. Offering incense 15*3=45 yuan. We walked around the front and back courtyards along the main road, took a leisurely walk, and spent about an hour and a half in total. The sky at Dacheng Temple was bluer than elsewhere, peaceful and reassuring. Took a taxi back to the hotel (11.2 yuan). Had a pleasant chat with the taxi driver and directly booked him for the trip to Zhalong the next day. The hotel was near Qiqihar Station, with decent conditions, family room for 298 yuan. Since we all have the habit of taking a nap, we rested for a while before heading out for barbecue. Taxi to Mijia Barbecue (Wuzhong Store) cost 7.8 yuan. We didn't eat much, family mixed meat (about 29 yuan) + beef sausage (20 yuan) + large slices of meat (66 yuan) + sauerkraut + perilla leaves. Including charcoal fee, dipping sauce, and drinks, the total was 166 yuan. Personally, I found the beef sausage average, large slices of meat > family mixed meat, and sauerkraut is a must!!! Later, chatting with the driver, he recommended two types of meat, Yan Chi and Rib Fan (not sure if these are the correct characters), which we didn't get to try. Next time. After dinner, we just strolled around casually, walked from the graffiti wall at the south gate of the Central Plaza to Longsha Park to watch the sunset. There were people dancing wildly in Longsha Park, and we joined in for a while, super happy. Originally, we planned to go for barbecue after watching the sunset, but we were too full from the beef in the afternoon and couldn't eat much, so we just wandered around Longsha Night Market. There were a lot of people at Longsha Night Market, the food was fairly common, and there were other small stalls to browse, which was quite nice since I like such lively streets and alleys. Food expenses 46 yuan. It was not easy to get a taxi from this location, but eventually, we took a Didi back to the hotel for 12 yuan. See the second article for Zhalong.
