【Huojing Ancient Town × Tianfu Honggu Homestay】Two Days One Night Treasure Photography, Kids Outing, and Hiking Route

🚞 This weekend, my family and I went on a super healing nearby trip. On the first day, we stayed at 【Tianfu Honggu Homestay】—surrounded by flowers and succulents, completely relaxing body and mind. On the second day, we stopped by 【Huojing Ancient Town】, where food, photography spots, and check-ins were all available! These two days were easy and fulfilling, a truly therapeutic travel experience～ --- 【Saturday: Tianfu Honggu Homestay】Leisure Time in a Sea of Flowers🌸 Departure time: 10:00 AM Route: 1.5-hour self-drive to 【Tianfu Honggu Homestay】 This place is literally a paradise for plant lovers! In the small courtyard with blue tiles and white walls, colorful flowers and plump succulents are everywhere. The garden is full of golden berries (small persimmons), instantly lifting your mood🌿. 🏡 Courtyard and Room Every corner of the courtyard is full of life, perfect for casual photo shoots. Inside the room, flower branches are placed in ceramic pots, sunlight pours onto the windowsill, warm and peaceful. The whole space feels like a return to nature, completely free from city noise. 🍽️ Dinner We booked the homestay’s dinner: pork ribs stewed with mung beans, boiled fish, stir-fried pork kidney, farm-fresh vegetables… the taste was really good. My husband said the homestay even hired a chef!! After dinner, we took a walk in the courtyard, enjoying peace and relaxation🌙. 👶 Rich Surroundings: Hobbit House Perfect for Photos! You can hike nearby. We chose to visit the adjacent Three Beans Farm, which has a Hobbit House, perfect for photos. Kids can also feed small animals and pick vegetables. There are many places worth exploring nearby. The government has developed this Tianfu Honggu town very well, promoting farming culture. --- 【Sunday: Huojing Ancient Town】Check-in at Ancient Alleys + Food Tour🍴 From the homestay, it’s a 20-minute drive back toward Chengdu to 【Huojing Ancient Town】 for strolling, eating, and shooting! This ancient town is not only historic but also less crowded and non-commercialized. Walking on the old streets feels like time travel, especially great for photography check-ins📸!! 🏙️ Ancient Town Check-ins Hebei Street Ancient Alley: The bluestone road is flanked by old Western Sichuan wooden houses and vintage shops, every spot is a great photo opportunity! Haiwu: Republic of China style architecture with blue bricks, thick walls, and Western-style flower windows, full of retro vibes, perfect for atmospheric photos. By the Salt Well Creek: The water is clear, and the afternoon sunlight slants on the surface, creating an incredibly beautiful scene!🌞 🍲 Food Recommendations Luo’s Old Claypot Spicy Hotpot: Very popular, the spicy broth is flavorful, ingredients fresh, and you can enjoy the wheat field view while eating. Wanwanxiang: A local small shop, the blood curd is tender, the spicy pork intestines are flavorful, and the tofu pudding dipped in secret sauce is super delicious! Corn Bread: Made fresh by a street vendor auntie, 1.5 yuan each, sweet and glutinous without being greasy, a perfect snack. Changsheng Lamb: Lamb clear soup with a milky white, non-gamey broth, very warming and perfect for cold weather. ☕ Slow Time: Granary Coffee If you like slow moments, Granary Coffee is a great spot. A coffee shop converted from an old granary, with wooden beams and field views that make you never want to leave～☕️ -- From the relaxing and healing sea of flowers at the homestay to the food and history of Huojing Ancient Town, it’s a perfectly compact weekend. Highly recommended for families on a budget who love photo-worthy spots and delicious food～✨
