If you climb the three-story tower, you can get a panoramic view of the German-style scenery of Qingdao city. Xiaoyushan Park is 800m2 in size and was built in February 1985. At the top stands a building called "Lanchao Pavilion," which is 18m high and has a three-story octagonal structure with a roof made of green lapis lazuli tiles. Inside the pavilion, in addition to souvenir shops, you can get a panoramic view of the Western-style cityscape of Qingdao from Qingdao Bay to Huiquan Bay from each floor.
