Signal Hill Park in Qingdao, China

Signal Hill, located in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, stands at an elevation of 98 meters and is the highest point in the old town area. During the colonial period, the Germans constructed a wireless signal tower here, and after China's liberation, the hill was named Signal Hill. The design of Signal Hill is unique, especially at the summit, where there are three red, dome-shaped mushroom-like structures of varying heights. These structures are said to symbolize the three red torches used in ancient China to transmit signals. Visitors can climb the 360-degree rotating observation building to enjoy a panoramic view of Qingdao.
