Amnuay Thaianon, the governor of Prachuap Khiri Khan. The shrine itself is in Lopburi style, with a four-sided prang spire with 9 levels in the style of Siam Lopburi. The top level houses a Buddha image and the remaining levels house various deities. The first pediment is in the shape of the seal of Rahu swallowing the moon, and the remaining pediments house deities surrounded by two layers of glass walls. The city pillar, called "Chatuchok", is made of teak wood. The top is carved into the shape of 4 heads and 4 faces in the Srivijaya art style and is lacquered and gilded with gems.
