Khao Chang Temple @ Chanthaburi

Wat Khao Chang is a temple located in Pong Nam Ron District, Chanthaburi Province. It is a beautiful temple surrounded by nature and the villagers' fruit orchards. The church is made entirely of carved teak wood, with a unique and beautiful view. It is made of beautifully carved old wood and has a principal Buddha image made of beautiful white marble. Construction began in 2008 by Phra Ajarn Nuthong Hasajito. He requested permission in 2008 and received permission in 2009. Later, in 2011, a carved wooden chapel was built. Wat Khao Chang is the only temple in Chanthaburi Province that uses leftover wood and some of it is purchased by the temple, such as teak, takian, rosewood, and red wood, to build a carved wooden church in late 2010. #BeautifulTemplesofThailand #TravelChanthaburi
