#springwander Podgorica, Montenegro, was an interesting blend of old and new! The Millennium Bridge and Ribnica River gave the city a modern-meets-historic vibe. I visited the stunning Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ (free entry), with its incredible frescoes. Nearby, the ruins of Duklja (€2) were a fascinating look into ancient Roman history. A short drive took me to Niagara Falls (Montenegro’s version!), a peaceful escape just outside the city.
