[Croatia] A fairy-tale world! Plitvice Lakes National Park

There are many beautiful lakes in the world, but one of the most popular is the Plitvice Lakes National Park, a World Heritage Site in Croatia. When I first visited this place more than 15 years ago, I was able to enter with a same-day ticket. However, a new system of online advance reservations has now been introduced. When I tried to buy a same-day ticket at the site without knowing, I was restricted from entering, and there was no room for people with same-day tickets to enter from the popular gate... At that time, I remember having to move to a slightly inconvenient gate to enter. (Once you enter, you can go around the whole place, just from a different starting point.) Online ticket reservations and purchases were introduced in 2019. It's not that you can't enter with a same-day ticket, but you have to line up for a long time, which is a waste of time, and in the summer, there is a risk of heatstroke in the hot sun. Even so, it was still a beautiful water world where fairies seemed to live. It was impressive to see so many families with dogs.
