#europetrip Perhaps the most iconic building in Italy so it is understandably busy but if you go in February and book the 09.00 slot online, get there at 08.45 to claim the front spot in the line and then when the gate opens race up the steps, you too could be first to the top and claim a wonderful few minutes of sole occupancy. There is not a lot of space at the top so it gets awkward avoiding other people and getting the all important photo shots, particularly as the lean is very pronounced and it feels very weird. Thanks to brilliant engineers the lean is corrected a little bit and stabilised so we can continue to enjoy this unique building.
