The real ancient city in China

#travelinginchina This photo of Pingyao is my favorite. I really hope more people can learn about it. Pingyao has a history of over 2800 years. In 1997, UNESCO put it, together with the Shuanglin Temple and Zhenguo Temple, on the World Heritage List. There are more than 300 well - kept traditional buildings here, like houses, temples, and government offices. The most famous one is the Market Tower. It stands for the Pingyao Ancient City. #travel #localguides #familytrip #trip
