Hiking from Kata beach to The Big Buddha

Amazing trek..completed upwards journey in 1.5 hours and down in 45mins Can be dangerous in dark or after heavy rain. Carry water bottle and get a stick with donation at the start of the trek. At the top there is place for meditation and couple of viewpoints. The head guardian of The Big Buddha himself delivers 7 mins meditation lesson. There are multiple shops as well at the top for coconut, water, ice creams etc. #hiking #phuket #buddha
