popular place with decent prices

Had brunch here on a weekday. Most tables have patrons but the staff managed to get us seated fairly quickly. It's always a good spot to have a discussion, a quick meeting while getting coffee or a bite. Orders arrived swiftly with no complications. Food and coffee is on point, as expected. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Personal opinion would be that this space would be a better option on weekdays compared to weekends, which usually ends up extremely crowded.
