Elizabeth Quay

#perthonbudget Having been to Perth on a number of occasions we have been able to see the area of Elizabeth Quay, before its construction, when this was a part of the river walk. I was also in Perth when it was just a massive construction site. To now return and see the end result is just awesome. The area has been transformed into a modern marina with something for everyone. within easy walking distance from the city centre and close to the bus and ferry terminal. The one small negative is that this development has somewhat left the Bell Tower surrounded and it does not stand out as it used to from previous visits. Plenty of open spaces with play areas for the kids. Restaurants and cafes around the marina with views over the Swan River. Easily accessible with walk ways and paths. This really enhances the walk around the river.
