Drive for an hour from Chengdu, and you'll find the perfect escape plan here

I've come to Pengzhou for the third time. Setting off from the center of Chengdu on a weekday, it takes just over an hour to get here. It's the perfect destination for a city escape plan. 📷📷 Sightseeing: The Longxing Temple in the center of Pengzhou has a Southeast Asian style. You can take photos and play inside, and climbing the tower offers a view of Pengzhou's urban area. There's a large teahouse in the temple, and when the sun is out, locals like to come here for tea and chat. Gexian Mountain is a recommended attraction this season, with many farm stays and a profusion of flowers blooming in the mountains, including beautiful pear blossoms, peach blossoms, and rapeseed flowers. 🍲🍲 Dining: There are many delicious foods around Longxing Temple, including crayfish, tofu pudding, hot pot, rabbit dishes, and the famous Laoxiang ice powder with an authentic taste. (We came to Pengzhou again just for this bowl of ice powder) 😄😄 Accommodation: There are some homestays in the center of Pengzhou, hidden away in the city, very quiet. However, you can also stay in the suburbs, such as in Bailu Town or Lingbaoshuyuan, where the scenery is also nice.
