1️⃣ Day One From Chengdu🚗 to Pengzhou downtown —— ✅ Cuisine🥗🫔🥘🧆🍟🍲 Da San Umbrella Steamed Beef (I think it's average, friends find it tasty) Ji Guokui (tasty but long queues) Hu Zi🐰 (tasty but also long queues) —— ✅ 📍 Longxing Temple Photography📷 is especially good (known as the 'Little Cambodia') Many places to take photos, very beautiful! Longxing Temple is one of the only 19 remaining pagodas in China that house the true body relics of Sakyamuni. You can climb to the top (20¥) to overlook the scenery of Pengzhou downtown (My legs went soft after going up and down😐) Afternoon and Evening ✅ Pengzhou🚗 to Bailu Town❤️❤️ Absolutely beautiful, folks! A fairy tale town, folks! Even more beautiful at night! The number one recommended place in the entire itinerary!👍👍👍👍👍 —— —— 2️⃣ Day Two ✅ Bailu🚗 to Haiwozi Ancient Town The ancient town is average, inhabited more by locals Fan Goose Meat (doesn't taste as magical as said online, but it's not bad, maybe my expectations were too high, jiojio tastes better😋) ✅🚗 to Yufu Wetland A cool retreat from the heat (some parts are still under construction) Camping, drinking tea, playing in the water, taking photos📷, boating... ✅ Have some cold water fish One fish multiple dishes🐟 (a single fish made into sauerkraut fish, douchi fish, fish head soup, fried fish fillet...) The whole trip is very relaxing, and also very enjoyable, suitable for a weekend getaway~
