Drifting through the Valley: A Dream Journey on the Ay River

First encounter with the Ay River, I was deeply captivated by its serene beauty. The water is as clear as jade, winding through the canyon, with cliffs on both sides, vines hanging down, and bamboo groves shading the banks. Paddling a small boat on the water, drifting with the current, the sound of the flowing water and the birds singing in the forest make it feel like a paradise. Along the way, we passed magnificent natural stone bridges and unique caves, with stalactites that look like sculptures illuminated by lights, presenting a dreamlike color. The rising mist and sunlight create a beautiful rainbow, making one marvel at the wonders of nature. We encountered ethnic minority villages along the way, listening to the Ay girls singing mountain songs, the ancient melodies echoing in the canyon, full of rustic power. As night falls, the lights along the river reflect in the water, like stars scattered in the Milky Way. This trip to the Ay River is not only a tribute to the beauty of nature but also a quest for inner peace. The silently flowing river seems to wash away all the noise, leaving me with endless aftertaste and emotion.
