One of the highlights of Grand Center Point Pattaya is its family-friendly atmosphere and exceptional service. Children and elderly (including wheelchair) friendly. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. With every interaction with staff, we were impressed by their warm and friendly gesture. The strength they pull through, the stories behind those smiles. Most have been with the hotel for nearly (many over) 10 years, went through difficult times since the outbreak of coronavirus and tourism went silent. Every interaction, also made this a meaningful stay. The hotel is not brand new but cleanliness of all the facilities is great. The interior deco, blue color combination, lighting, smell and light relaxing music made it all so calm and soothing. Nice rooms, amenities - all rooms have amazing ocean views, balcony and starlight bedroom ceiling. Great breakfast buffet with a good mix of Thai and Western. Roof top bar & restaurant with gorgeous sunset overlooking Pattaya city/beach. Turquoise swimming pool with spacious pool area to relax and skywalk overlooking the ocean. Lots of activities for the kids, pool slider, kids water zumba, mini soccer, archery, 3D games, indoor activities, excellent gym and PTs with complimentary fitness/yoga class (scheduled).
