Later, it became the main cathedral of the Roman Catholic diocese, with Gothic pointed arches and ribbed vaulted ceilings and huge stained rose windows. Because there are light shows at certain times, it is so shocking to see the light and shadow of the stained glass reflected on the stone pillars; the gorgeous main altar and the interior designed by Gaudi require tickets to visit, but it is worth it.
