Second Visit, Still the Best Beachfront in Panglao!

This is my second visit to this stunning resort, and I can confidently say it still holds the title of the best beachfront in Panglao! The crystal-clear waters, soft white sand, and the vibrant yet peaceful atmosphere make this place an absolute paradise. Whether you're staying for a few nights or just enjoying a day pass, the setting offers the perfect escape to unwind and relax. This time, I visited with my parents, and they were absolutely enchanted by the resort. It was so special to share such a beautiful spot with them, and they loved it just as much as I did. The resort truly offers something for everyone, making it a perfect destination for family getaways. We decided to go for a day pass, but we ended up spending most of our time indulging in their amazing food offerings. The food here is incredible—everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Whether you're craving local Filipino dishes or international cuisine, the resort delivers on every front. The food service is one of the key reasons I keep coming back, and it was a highlight of our visit. Exciting things are happening here! The property has recently undergone a rebranding, and I’m thrilled to share that the South Palm Resort is set to open a new section on the other side of the property. This area will be managed by Accor, which is sure to bring even more exceptional service and hospitality to this already outstanding resort. I’m so excited to return once the new wing opens later this year. It’ll be a great addition to the already stunning experience, and I’m hopeful they will also offer day passes for their beachfront—after all, it’s one of the best spots in Panglao! On top of that, I learned that another incredible brand, JW Marriott, is also set to open in Panglao in 2027! With all these exciting developments in the area, Panglao is truly becoming one of the most sought-after destinations in the Philippines. I can’t wait to see how the resort landscape continues to evolve, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit here. All in all, this resort remains an absolute gem. With its perfect beachfront, amazing food, and the exciting developments on the horizon, it’s a place I will continue to return to for many more trips.
