from Piat cagayan we had a long travel by land going to pagudpud ilocos northern part of the philippines..it takes 7 to 8 hours long driving were you could find many beautiful beaches.. we stayed over night at 5R's hotel trancient resort..we. take a road trip first to paoay still part of ilocos norte to visit thw world heritage site of San Agustin church. then we went to see the wind mills too...
