First sunrise: The turning point at Mount Tennoh's Hatatatematsu Observatory

🗓️Itinerary management: Home - Yamazaki Station - Hoshoji Temple - Hatatatematsu Observatory - Tennozan Peak - Ogura Shrine - Shimamoto Station The annual first sunrise run. This year the weather was good and the sun rose around 7:10am🌅 I climbed from Hatatatematsu Observatory to the peak. The mountain is 280m above sea level, so it's perfect for hiking. There are explanations of the decisive battle that decided the fate of the country here and there. After descending the mountain, I went to Shimamoto Station. This station is the former site of Sakurai Station and is famous as the place where the Kusunoki family and father and son parted ways.
