Sakafune opened in Baltika 03. We managed to get a seat just before it got full! First, we toasted with Taka's beer, which is famous for its sake. 🍻 I was surprised at how the beer tasted like tea and I could finish it in no time! The tuna cutlet went really well with the beer, and the tartar sauce was also elegant and delicious. As expected from a sake specialty store, we were able to taste a variety of sake, making it a really fun evening.
