🍝《Osaka/Umeda》 \ Renewal Opening: Wednesday, October 1, 2025✨ / DEAN&DELUCA, a "food specialty shop" offering a selection of delicious food from around the world, has reopened! 😍 The newly renovated market restaurant retains its bright and airy atmosphere, but adds more sofa and table seating, creating a relaxing space. 🪑✨ I was invited to a pre-event and enjoyed the updated menu! 🤤🙌 What I had this time: ------------- ✔︎ Yamabuki Egg and Truffle Omelette from Tamba Okugo ✔︎ Shine Muscat Grapes and GOOD CHEESE LABORATORY Mozzarella Nodini Caprese ✔︎ Homemade Ravioli Stuffed with GOOD CHEESE LABORATORY Ricotta with Setouchi Lemon Butter Sauce ✔︎ Kyoto-Style Aged Beef Bolognese Linguine ✔︎ Veal Cutlet Fukudome Small Farm Culatello and Arugula Salad ✔︎ Dutch Baby Pancakes Seasonal Fruit & Mascarpone -------------- Everything is so delicious!! Among them, I especially liked the following: ✔︎ Kyoto-style Aged Beef Bolognese Linguine ✔︎ Dutch Baby Pancakes Seasonal Fruit & Mascarpone 🥰🍝🥞✨ The chewy linguine was delicious, and the Bolognese was delicious dipped in bread too! 🤤🥖 The dough of the Dutch baby pancakes is like a canelé. 😳 The dough alone is sweet, moist, and chewy, and delicious. The mascarpone and fruit are absolutely delicious. 🤭✨ Lunch ▶︎ Pasta, lasagna, and set menus. Cafe ▶︎ Seasonal desserts made with seasonal ingredients. Dinner ▶︎ A wide variety of menu items, from classics to seasonal specials. Seasonal specials, small plates, main courses, and carefully selected wines... A comprehensive lineup to enjoy throughout the day. 🙌 With this renewal, ---------------- ✔︎ Fresh pasta handmade by the chef is now available. ✨ ✔︎ The dinner lineup has been expanded! ✨ ✔︎ Using seasonal ingredients sourced from all over Japan! ✨ ---------------- I absolutely love DEAN&DELUCA's space and products.
