A cute travel review of Japan's Osaka: Eat, travel, shop—all in one city! Hello everyone~ ☁️💕 Today, I want to share my dream trip to Osaka, a city full of fun, delicious food, and charm in every corner! If you're planning to visit Japan and don't know where to start, I highly recommend Osaka with a big smile because this place is the "heartwarming version of Japan" packed with unique allure 🥹🇯🇵 📅 Day 1: Arriving in Japan~ Kansai Airport greeted us with a gentle winter breeze As soon as the plane landed, I could immediately sense the Japanese vibe! Haha. Just stepping out of the airport doors, the cool breeze felt so romantic 🌬️. From Kansai Airport (KIX), we took a train to Namba since we booked accommodation in that area. It's lively, charming, and super convenient. Tonight, we didn’t do much—just dropped off our luggage and went out to find something simple to eat nearby. We stumbled upon a small ramen shop (I forgot the name), but the owner was incredibly kind 🥹. Warm ramen with fragrant broth paired with the chilly weather—it was the perfect combo! 🍜❤️ Life is good, even on the first day~ ⸻ 📍 Day 2: Dotonbori & Kuromon Market—Falling in love with Osaka completely! We started the second day with excitement because today we were heading to Dotonbori, the famous shopping district that everyone must visit! We strolled around, took photos with the Glico sign, and enjoyed street food along the way. There were takoyaki, giant crab, Japanese bread, Korean sweets—everything mixed together, haha. Not far from there is Kuromon Market, a paradise for food lovers! Fresh seafood, like thick-cut salmon sashimi that’s as generous as my love for Osaka 🧡. There were also big, juicy strawberries that melted my heart 🍓✨. At night, we returned to Dotonbori because the lights were stunning! It was crowded but lively, giving off the true big-city Japanese vibe ✨. ⸻ ⛩️ Day 3: Osaka Castle & Cozy Suburban Areas This morning, we switched to a cultural mode and visited Osaka Castle. The surrounding area is a vast park where many people jog and exercise. I loved the vibe here—it’s a big city, yet people live simple and charming lives 🌿. We went up to the castle tower to enjoy a 360-degree view of Osaka, seeing both tall buildings and lush greenery blending perfectly. If you love taking scenic photos, this spot is a must 📸. In the afternoon, we explored Tennoji, a district with both old temples like Shitennoji Temple and modern shopping malls like Abeno Harukas within walking distance. During the day, we prayed at the temple, and in the evening, we shopped—how cute is that~ 🛍️🌸. ⸻ 🎢 Day 4: Universal Studios Japan (USJ)—A day of dreams!!! This was the highlight of the trip! USJ day made me as excited as a little kid 🧒🎠. I’ve always wanted to visit the Harry Potter zone, and as soon as I stepped in, I couldn’t stop saying "Wow!". Hogsmeade was stunning, with incredibly realistic fake snow 🏰🪄. I tried butterbeer too—it was sweet and fragrant, like a childhood treat. So refreshing, haha. There were also thrilling rides like The Flying Dinosaur that made me scream my lungs out 😆. Another favorite was Minion Park! It was so adorable I wanted to take everything home 💛. There were snack shops, cafes, and photo spots everywhere. That day, I walked until my legs were sore, but my heart was filled with joy. ⸻ 🛍️ Day 5: Shopping for souvenirs & Goodbye Osaka~ On the last day, we woke up early to visit Shinsaibashi again for souvenir shopping! There were Japanese cosmetics, cute socks, unique KitKat flavors, and cartoon keychains my friends asked me to buy 😅. Before leaving, we stopped by a small café called "Gram Pancakes," famous for its fluffy three-layer pancakes. We paired them with hot matcha tea 🍵✨—a heartwarming end to the trip. ⸻ 📝 Impressions of Osaka: A city that’s charming in every square meter Osaka is a lively city but feels as warm as a hug 🧡. The people are lovely, the food is delicious, the views are great, and there are so many attractions that you’ll never get bored, no matter how many times you visit!
