Kani Doraku Main Branch is a restaurant I've always wanted to try! Their signature crab dishes are absolutely impeccable, especially the crab hot pot. The broth is incredibly rich, and the crab meat is sweet and fresh, with every bite bursting with the flavor of the ocean. The crab meat is exceptionally tender, almost melting in your mouth—truly a dish that turns first-time diners into loyal fans. The restaurant's decor exudes a traditional Japanese vibe, making you feel as if you've entered a world filled with the aroma of crabs. The service is also very attentive, with staff carefully explaining each dish to help us better understand the unique characteristics of each type of crab. Although the prices are on the higher side, the quality makes it absolutely worth it! If you're visiting Osaka, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Kani Doraku a try—it's a dream experience for seafood lovers!
