Osaka Must-Visit! Waking up at 5 AM for this seafood bowl is totally worth it!!

Help! This seafood bowl has officially become my favorite! It's no exaggeration to say this is the most queue-worthy restaurant in Osaka. I woke up at 5 AM, took the first subway, and rushed over, only to find a massive crowd already gathered 😭 I ordered two signature bowls and was instantly blown away! The "Tuna, Sea Urchin, and Salmon Roe Bowl" with an extra egg yolk was divine. The salmon roe was juicy and fresh without any fishy taste; the Hokkaido sea urchin melted in my mouth; and the medium-fatty tuna was perfectly balanced, delivering an explosion of freshness with every bite! The "Salmon, Scallop, and Sea Urchin Bowl" was equally incredible. The scallops were tender and sweet, the salmon was rich yet not greasy, and every bite tasted like the ocean! The restaurant is located right behind the fish market, so I bought some Hokkaido sea urchin to take home. Even in the evening, it was still unbelievably fresh! Here's a heads-up 👇 ⏰ Opens at 6:30 AM, but people start queuing at 5:30 AM. By 7 AM, the line stretches onto the street. 🍚 Rice is limited and often sold out before 11 AM. 💴 Cash only, so don't forget to bring money! Seafood lovers, don't miss this!
