Osaka Prefecture Kaiyukan

Located in Tempozan, Osaka, Kaiyukan has been in business for over 30 years. Although it has a long history, the building does not give off any of that aged feeling. The attraction is being able to see two whale sharks swimming in a large tank. Compared to other aquariums such as Churaumi Aquarium and Suma Aquarium, you can get much closer to the fish. The tanks are generally large. From the entrance, you go up to the 8th floor and then gradually descend to the 1st floor.
