Caption by Hyatt Namba Osaka

Two nights at this brand new Caption by Hyatt hotel, At this point it had just opened about a week ago. So everything is new. Considering Japanese standards, The room was nice and quite spacious. And the bathroom is big enough. Amenities other than toothpaste and brushes are also available at the front desk. I only had problems with the air conditioner; Because it doesn't cool the room, After I talked to the staff, They are very friendly and understand this, They gave me a new room near the center of the building, The air conditioner in this room worked well. Purified drinking/tea/coffee water can be found at designated stations along the corridor. I didn't order breakfast so I can't comment. The smoking room is located on the lobby level. The transportation is convenient. I will choose this restaurant to stay👍🏻
