Tsutenkaku waiting times

I arrived around 9:50am on a Sunday and had to wait 15 minutes. I enjoyed it until 11am and had to wait 75 minutes when I came down. I was able to climb Tsutenkaku comfortably just by going a little earlier than opening time. I recommend going early.
