The order of the floats is ① Opening (Dancer) ② Hello Kitty ③ Snoopy ④ Minion ⑤ Sesame Street ⑥ SING ⑦ Yoshi → Luigi → Peach ⑧ Mario ⑨ Pokemon The floats from Mario Kart to Pokemon are popular, so I imagine there are quite a lot of people. Also, the floats of the dancers at the front are full of otaku, so if you want to see the characters, you might want to avoid the front. The parade starts near where the Terminator was originally, but it's also where Pokemon stops, so I recommend it. After taking a photo at the Pokemon stop, the fourth stop is around the lawn, so you can look at the lawn from the front and move to a position where you can see the road on the right directly in front of you to take a photo of the whole thing.
