I went to GrandeCitta, an Italian dining bar that opened on May 12th in Yodoyabashi, Osaka. I heard it was one of the recommended dishes. I wanted to have a second helping. ・Today's pasta It's Bolognese. The thick, flat noodles are filling. The amount of sauce is just right and it coats the noodles well, so you can enjoy the flavor of the noodles without being overwhelmed by the sauce. Of course it tastes great. - Homemade bread This is an elegant bread that lets you taste the deliciousness of high-quality wheat flour.
