Fireworks festival on the beach in Ostend

#dreamdestination Oostende (or Ostend) – This coastal city of Belgium, in addition to having a long beach for vacation and playing in the sea, every summer (July – August) there is a Fireworks Festival – attracting a large number of people to watch the spectacular fireworks display at night. This show is usually held on the beach between Kursaal Oostende and the Venetian Galleries, starting at around 22.30 until around midnight. The highlight of the Belgian beach in Ostend is its very wide beach. When the tide goes out, it becomes even wider, so fireworks can be safely held. Tents are set up right on the beach, and people come to watch, making it very lively. Tips: If you want beautiful fireworks photos without having to be crowded, we recommend staying overnight at a beachfront hotel. Choose a Seaview room with a balcony and set up a tripod. We chose to stay at the Andromedra Ostend Hotel, a room on the 9th floor, with a great view and a clear view of the fireworks up close. #TravelBelgium
