The Colorful Manzhouli

Arriving at the Hulunbuir Grasslands, especially near Manzhouli, looking down from the hillside, the vibrant and dreamlike castle-like city of Manzhouli greets you. As soon as you step out of the vehicle, embark on a full walking tour, swiftly navigating through Russian-style old buildings, museums, and a former Russian prison, completing this perfect day. The next day, visit the National Gate, where you can see three countries at a glance—Mongolia to the left, Russia to the right. The National Gate is majestic and spectacular, already in its fifth generation. The Matryoshka Doll Square is breathtakingly beautiful, making it hard to leave. Traveling through the Northeast, as we didn’t enter major urban centers, the cities were indeed unremarkable. But Manzhouli stands out brilliantly, dazzling with colors and brimming with vitality!
