[Nagano] Obuse, the town of Katsushika Hokusai and chestnut sweets

#Spring0yenTrip Obuse, about 30 minutes by train from Nagano Station, is a beautiful town where history and nature coexist in harmony. Walking through the town, you can feel a sense of nostalgia as you see the rows of traditional townhouses and small shops. In particular, at the Hokusai Museum, I was able to see the works of ukiyo-e artist Katsushika Hokusai and really felt the artistic depth of the town. In addition, I was able to enjoy delicious dishes and sweets made with chestnuts, a local specialty, and the Japanese sweets made with chestnuts were particularly exquisite. The beautiful scenery of the surrounding countryside and mountains was also impressive, making it the perfect place for a leisurely stroll. Obuse was a town that enriched the soul, where you could enjoy art and nature in a historical atmosphere.
